Plans to develop more than half of the 7-Eleven-anchored property, on sale for $2.6 million, have been approved by the city.
A 4,315-square-foot strip mall in Lincoln Heights, with a 7-Eleven and Clean King laundromat as tenants, has been listed on LoopNet.com as one of the 10 most popular properties in Los Angeles County.
The property, which reportedly has 2,812 square feet of free-standing space as "development opportunity," is on sale for $2.6 million and is located on 3724-26 N. Mission Rd., 90031.
Rent on the 7-Eleven on the property is set to increase by 12 percent in 2016, with six five-year options that include further 12-percent increases at the start of each option, according to the listing.
Plans to develop the 2,812 square feet of free-standing space have been drawn up by the property's current owner and approved by the city, according to LoopNet.
