Updated: Woman Arrested After SWAT Standoff in Highland Park
A SWAT team is assisting the sheriff's department in taking a woman into custody.

A woman who holed up in her Highland Park home today when sheriff's deputies showed up with an arrest warrant was taken into custody by a Los Angeles police SWAT team.
Several other people detained at an address in the 5700 block of Aldama Street were being questioned, police said. The woman, whose name was unavailable, was wanted on suspicion of robbery, according to the sheriff's department.
The standoff started about 10:50 a.m. and lasted several hours, deputies said.
