Truck Crashes Near Buddhist Temple on Figueroa
Traffic was flowing normally again at 10 a.m. on Friday morning.
Nobody was injured in a single vehicle accident at around 9 a.m. on Friday, in which a motorist crashed his truck into a fence surround the Buddhist temple on North Figueroa Street.
Traffic was stopped for about an hour as a tow truck crew dislodged the truck from the fence that surrounds Mystic Dharma Temple at the intersection of North Figueroa Street and Avenue 52.
"I was just taking the corner, and I accelerated and just lost control," the motorist sad. "I hopped the curb and crashed into the fence."

Nobody was injured in the accident and the Temple itself was not damaged.
