Tuesday, Sept. 27

Officers were called to the 5000 block of York Blvd. by the report of a robbery.

LAPD officers at 2:30 p.m. arrested a 25-year-old man who pulled a knife on his 31-year-old sister during a domestic dispute at 600 Umbria Street. According to Detective John Tarankow, the man was arrested on felony assault charges. Tarankow said the fight stemed from a dispute over the care of the siblings' elderly parents.

Police at 4:00 p.m. went to the 5200 block of San Rafael Ave. to take the report of grand theft from a residence.

Officers at 10 p.m. took the report of a stolen vehicle reported stolen near the 5900 block of Fayette Street.

Wed. Sept. 28 

Officers at 10:45 a.m. went the area of Ave. 60 and North Figueroa Street to take the report of a robbery.
