Move to Amend rejects the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United, and moves to amend our Constitution to firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

Did "no way, Jose" write the letter of support to Divine Saviour Catholic Church…Read More "encouraging" them to take me to court? (they lost, I won). It was written on city letterhead, clearly a violation of separation of church and state where the city had to business in a public dispute. And, clearly an abuse of power.
Come on, Jose, did you write the letter?
