'Historic Neighborhood Cafe' Chico's Reportedly For Sale
A 10-unit apartment building on the same lot is also part of the $1.5-million package.
Eastsider L.A. reports that Chico's, the dine-in or take-out restaurant that has been serving traditional Mexican cuisine for the past two decades, is up for sale.
What's more, a 10-unit apartment building on the property where the restaurant is located on the corner of Avenue 50 and Figueroa is also reportedly up for sale. The asking price: $1.5 million, according to a listing on LoopNet, which describes Chico's as a "historic neighborhood cafe."
