Franklin High School held a scholarship ceremony for its graduating seniors from the Class of 2013 Thursday. Scores of students and parents crowded into the Main Gym, where one of the evening's major highlights, shown on video here, was an inspiring speech delivered by Valedictorian William Wong. He will be joining the Massachusetts Institute of Technology this fall.
