While not as improbable as Lehigh University unseating Duke University in the NCAA Tournament, we didn't expect Highland Park's newest bar to take home the honor of Best Cocktails in the Neighborhood just yet.
Despite setting up stakes less than a month ago, , at 5137 York Boulevard, was voted by Patch Readers as the
HPK earned 33 of 71 votes, and admittedly small turnout than our previousand .
However, a win is a win! We've written about HPK's cocktail offerings in the past, and they're certainly worthy of acclaim.
We hope this win portends a long, successful future in Highland Park for HPK, not unlike the ones enjoyed by its competitors in the week's poll.
