Best Florist on the Eastside

Nominate your pick for ‘Best Florist’ in Echo Park, Silver Lake, Atwater, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Cypress Park, Glassell Park, Highland Park or Mount Washington. We'll put it to a vote and find out what is the Readers' Choice 2012 winner.

Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program.

We’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about florists to nominate the best places for the freshest and most beautifully arranged flowers on the Eastside.

We know folks are mobile in trying to make the most of their neighborhoods. So we decided to team up so our pick truly represents where you live and travel.

Pick from among the neighborhoods covered by the Echo Park-Silver Lake, Eagle Rock and Highland Park-Mount Washington Patches:

Echo Park, Silver Lake

  • Atwater
  • Los Feliz
  • Eagle Rock
  • Cypress Park
  • Glassell Park
  • Highland Park
  • Mount Washington

We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.

To nominate a florist, just mention it in the comments below.

If you already see your nominee there, second it with a comment of your own.

Thanks in advance for your participation.

Los Feliz my boy (AKA my husband) swears by Jasmines-- the last time he got me flowers (which he only does for a major accomplishment/growth he was raised by Lesbians [any other floral arrangement is a sentiment of patriarchy or self guilt {in which you should apologize by words]} smelled like rotting meat (me being a vegetarian since age 7 not so appreciative, knowing his upbringing very appreciative) all and all beautiful flowers that last for days....BOTTOM line smell them first...before gift giving.

Highland Park Florist on Figueroa and Avenue 58 in Highland Park. Lucy and her staff have been there about 21 years and create beautiful floral arrangements at modest prices.
