Cypress Park Library Disability Art Exhibit

Artworks by persons with disabilities is being presented by the Los Angeles Department on Disability, Los Angeles Public Libraries and the DEAFestival Committee to demonstrate to the public that people with disabilities have ABILITIES and TALENTS.
