AIGA Los Angeles' workshop is back in August with three chances to catch the same introductory software demonstration & orientation at three convenient locations across L.A. Now you can attend and learn about building websites with Adobe Muse without having to commute across town.
Muse (codename), a new software app from Adobe, uses a similar approach to design as tools such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to enable graphic designers to plan, design and publish HTML websites without being restricted to templates, and without needing to learn to write code.
In this workshop you’ll learn the ins and outs of Adobe Muse, and how you can use its deep set of design and layout features to deliver professional, highly designed websites based on the latest standards.
Note: This is a single workshop occurring on three separate dates and at three separate locations. This is not a three-part workshop. Please make sure that you are choosing the correct location when RSVPing.
Muse is best suited to designers who:
• Have design designed websites but rely on someone else to build them.
• Are comfortable building a HTML website but would prefer not to have to code.
• Rely on template driven systems to build websites without writing code.
• Have never designed a website.
• Are comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
