Documentary Features Day in the Life of Highland Park Comic Marc Maron

For nearly three years, Marc Maron's Highland Park garage has been home to some of the most brutally honest conversations in the world of stand-up comedy.

Maron's talks with leading comedic minds like Louis C.K., Judd Apatow and Ben Stiller launched his WTF Podcast to the top of the iTunes charts. It's one of the most frequently downloaded podcasts on the service.

Recently, Maron's rise through the ranks of the independent comedy scene was the focus of documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, who featured him in an episode of A Day in the Life--an online series for Hulu that follows notable personalities for 24 hours.

The 24-hours of film is condensed into a half-hour chunk, which includes Maron wrestling with his espresso machine, welcoming writer/comedienne Mindy Kaling into his garage for an interview session and battling anxiety backstage before winning over an audience at the Comedy Store.

There's also a sequence which shows Maron driving along York Boulevard, commenting on the developing restaurant scene.
