The Arroyo Art Collective's annual Discovery Tour will return to Northeast Los Angeles on Sunday, November 18.
As in previous years, the 20th Annual Arroyo Arts Discovery Tour will offer local art lovers a glimpse into the lives of Northeast LA's working artists.
In addition to local galleries curating shows for the event, many artists open their home studios to tour goers.
The self-guided auto tour focuses on Highland Park, Mount Washington, Eagle Rock, Montecito Heights and Glassell Park.
This year's tour will be begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Lummis Homes and Gardens in Montecito Heights (200 E. Ave. 43). Tour goers will then have the option to take shuttle buses to select stops along the Arroyo. Those who wish to drive will be provided with a map of participating galleries and home studios.
Advance tickets can be purchased online or at Galco's Soda Pop Stop for $10. Tickets will cost $15 on the day of the tour.

"Featuring a range of fine art and craft by both emerging and established artists, the tour gives attendees the opportunity to discover and purchase amazing pieces of art and get a glimpse inside studios and homes that are just as unique as the individuals who live and work in them," said Heather Hoggan, of the Arroyo Arts Collective. "With offerings ranging from remarkable paintings to intricate metal works to hand-hewn musical instruments to one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry, the Discovery Tour will surprise and delight participants with its artists’ unique range of vision."
