After enduring a weekend without heat, electricity, cable and Internet, Sunday's 67th Annual Highland Park Holiday Parade--this year dubbed "Fantasy on Figueroa"--offered Angelenos an opportunity to relax and commisserate.

We camped out on the corner of S. Ave. 58 and N. Figueroa St., after a labyrinthian drive home from Eagle Rock through block roads and closed corridors.
