Contest: Downtown Music Center Wants Your Photos
Music Center asks, what's on your plate?
The Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles is offering $300 and a spread in L.A. Weekly to the amateur photographer who can tell the most compelling story of their day, in photographs.
The contest, What's on Your Plate, asks entrants to use photographs to show how neighborhoods, cultures, work, friends and family and food "connects and inspires" them.

Submissions are due before 11:59 p.m. on May 15, and will be judged between May 22-30. Entrants can submit 3-8 photos.
Patch would like to see your galleries. After you submit your photos to the Music Center, send them to us as well. We'll create a gallery that captures a day in the life of Highland Park-Mount Washington locals.
