Get involved in one of the finest of the five regional park facilities around the Highland Park-Mount Washington area. Debs Park advisory board meetings are held every fourth Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Ramona Hall Community Center, near Sycamore Grove Park, and are open to the public.

3. Reminder: Northeast LAPD's Senior Lead Officer Annual Summit
Make sure your calendar is marked for tomorrow's big event at the Greek Theater that's expected to draw at least 500 people. It's where you get to meet the men and women of the LAPD who protect communities in Los Angeles every day.
