The Bike Oven started many years ago in a tiny one-car garage off Avenue 42 in Highland Park. The business provides a space for local bicycle enthusiasts and amateurs to come and work on their bikes in a well-equipped garage staffed with knowledgeable mechanics. Everyone at the business is there voluntarily, fueled by their passion for cycling. The shop also offers free or next-to-free bike parts and sells inexpensive bikes built right in the shop.
