La Vida Loca galeria is an art gallery and specialty boutique that offers residents of Highland Park and the surrounding areas unique products and services. The gallery sells vintage and high-end recycled clothing for men, women and children, as well as jewelry, books and other products. It promotes local artists by offering art exhibits monthly.
The gallery also offers arts and crafts classes and conversational Spanish classes for ESL students on Saturdays. The boutique and gallery also supports The Josh Kandal 4 k-9's Foundation and donates 59 cents of each dollar spent on certain items to the Highland Park Humane Society. Currently cash and checks are the only form of payment accepted, but the gallery will begin accepting credit cards soon.
