The Ebell Club of Los Angeles was once a women's club that formed in 1894. It had a number of complexes across the city, with this one in Highland Park constructed in 1903. Nowadays this handsome structure off of South Avenue 57 is solely a rental space for parties and events. Rates are affordable, and offer only the space, without amenities like a refrigerator and trash service. Smoking and candles are not allowed inside.
