Bernie's Transmission Service is a car repair shop on the corner of York Blvd. and Ave. 52.  It is in a business-heavy part of town, and it is close to several liquor stores and supermarkets.  The staff is very friendly, and it has a reputation for being honest and reliable.  There are many car shops in the area, but this is one of the few that specializes only in transmissions.  Customers can call or come by in person to get a free consultation.  The staff works quickly and often do same-day service.
