Established in 1916, Benajmin Franklin High School in Highland Park is currently home to about 2,200 students. As one of the larger high schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District, it accepts students from all over Highland Park, as well as some students from nearby Cypress Park.
The high school offers several Small Learning Communities, through which students can take related classes in subject areas that they find particularly interesting.

It accepts students from Highland Park and Cypress Park. Why? Because they have too. It has nothing to do with acceptance.
Acceptance rate 100% WRONG!! Just ask the Vice-Principal that tells older students "you don't want to come here, do you? Your too old. You will not graduate until your 25." Just wonder if that fool is still working there. Probly is, knowing LAUSD.
