2. Highland Park Old L.A. Certified Farmers' Market & Outdoor Fair
Highland Park's weekly Farmers' Market is scheduled on Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Avenue 57 and Marmion Way, adjacent to the Metro Gold Line. This is a special kind of market: Proceeds go to the North Figueroa Association, a nonprofit group that will use the money for the security, cleanliness and improvement of the North Fig corridor and community. Highland Park’s weekly food truck feast unfolds at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, in the parking lot in front of the former Figueroa Produce building, located at 6312 N. Figueroa St. Food trucks from across Los Angeles are expected to be there until 9 p.m. Stay tuned for details.
