STATEMENT BY MARGARITO MARTINEZ CANDIDATE FOR HHPNC PRESIDENT

They tell me I lost with only 44 Votes. My opponent, the current president recieved well ovwr 200 votes.
They say WE lost with only 44 votes.
I do not accepet that naturally. I know, and you know, and any rational person in the area knows. They know that Highland Park is not a community of racist hater homophobic mentalities. That is why the Department Of Neighborhood Empowerment of The City Of Los Angeles has put in place safe guards against undue influence on the vote. One of the tell tale signs of a rigged election is an obviously one side tally, or canvas the ballots cast on that specific day of election. Indeed that is one of the valid reasons DONE will accept, along with many others, to enable the stakeholder to CHALLENGE ANY ELECTION.
However, I am not writing about the election now. I have just got off the line with Steven Box from DONE. He asked if he could call me back. I respectfully declined, because I have no money for additional minutes on my phone, or even fare for transportation, or food.

Last year, Sen. Lin, and officer Gabriel Cervantes of the Hollenbeck Police Staion, in Boyle Heights, L.A.,CA assited my mother Lupe D. Noreiga, my aunt Dorothy Pieno; her husband Mike, my aunts daughters; Connie Guiterez, Letticia, her sister, my uncle Christopher Frank Diaz, of Alhambra CA., my half-sister Franchesca V. Gonzales; Administrator at Leven Oaks Assisted Care Facility, her brother Joaquin E. Gonzales, Sr. aka a long time member of the criminal street gang THE AVENUES, and a police enformant for cops stationed at NELA DIV, assited, aided, abetted, her physical assualt and kidnapping from her residents. After they sent my grandfather, Margarito R Diaz to a nameless grave in South San Gabriel Vally. And after the plundered his entire family estate.
I have not seen, or heard from my dear grandmother from that day. Her eldest son, a mentally disabled 64 year old man, was also illegally removed from his home and residence 3750 Randolph Avenue. Where I too, am suppose to reside. But because of the criminal actions these members of the LAPD, my grandmother, my uncle, my 4 year old nephew are not allowed to see our talk to our Grandmother, our Mother, our greatgrand Mother. But my cousins are allowed to live illegally in my Greatgrandmother's house, my grandmother's mother's house. And she, the 94 year old woman who raised me would like her mother's house and poccessions back!
In 2010, Armando Vera of the Glendale Field Office of The Los Angeles County Adult Public Services (and I emailed Gloria Molina repeatedly about it to no avail.) of all this. Including the fact that my moher broke his back, L1 Compression Fractures, and concealed this from his care providers. Home Health Care Partners. Mr. Vera told me he'd leave it to my mother!
Over the last 11 months, I have spent 5 of them behind bars for crime I did not commit. Because at the time, Terrence Lewis, my Public Defender at the Alhambra Office (Luarie Prever was the presiding judge) that my mother had told him diffrently. So, he didn't believe me. he even though he had access to same evidence I posted online years ago. I have spent years fighting this crime, and these currupt officials. In hopes my grandmother won't die anywhere else but in the home her husband provided for her, and her son, Thomas.
Thomas Michael Diaz, the dearest man who will ever want as an uncle, and the only heir to the Life Estate, was removed to Alma Lodge Board and Care, on Colorado Blvd., in Eagle Rock. He has suffered incaluable pain and distress, as have I, from this horrible tradgedy that has befallen us.
I appeal to Gloria Allred, as she is the only attorney I trust, to come to my aid.

This morning, my parole officer, Agents Jones, of the San Fernando Office on Balboa came to my door at 7:30Am. He told my room mate he was there to "effect my arrest." I was able to subterfuge to escape.

I WILL SEEK JUSTICE AND THE FULLEST COMPENSATION AND RESTITUTION, ETC! AFTER I TALK TO MY COUNCIL!
THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO RESCUE MY GRANDMOTHER AND MY 4 YEAR OLD NEPHEW FROM THEIR ABUSERS. MY MOTHER HAS HELD MY NEPHEW A VIRTUAL PRISONER SINCE FEBUARY 2013. SHE LIVES AT 130 S. Ave 54, in Highland Park.
