Nightingale Students Thrilled by Endeavour Flyover
A video captured by a Nightingale Middle School science teacher shows students enjoying the historic event.
As we've seen in our own visits to Nightingale Middle School, student achievement is definitely on the rise.
Scores are standardized tests are on the rise, as is attendance as an overall feeling of community and safety.
But, does that make Nightingale special enough to warrant a special flyover from the NASA shuttle Endeavour? Science teacher Will Nettles, who captured the above video last Friday, certainly thinks so.
