LAUSD Redistricting Commission Public Input Hearings for District 5

Every 10 years, the Los Angeles Unified School District must redraw it’s district boundaries to reflect new population data.  A commission has been established to provide recommendations on new district boundaries.  Public hearings are critical in the redistricting process in order to ensure the residents’ comments, opinions, and suggestions are heard.  We strongly encourage residents to attend these public hearings to deliver testimonies and provide feedback directly to the Commissioners within their respective districts.
