These classes offer a simple introduction to Buddha's teachings, emphasizing kindness, respect for others, and keeping a happy heart. In each of these classes there is a short talk, gentle meditation, and arts and crafts activities relating to a Buddhist theme.
Recommended for ages 4-11. No need to pre-register, just drop in.
