Santa Monica College Zero Waste Guide Coming Soon
Santa Monica College Zero Waste Guide Coming Soon.
Students in the Recycling & Resource Management program at Santa Monica College will soon publish a Student’s Guide to Zero Waste at Santa Monica College.
The first-of-its-kind guide will consist of easy-to-use tips and a primer on zero waste that can help students--and everybody else--save money while saving our planet.
Tips show how to easily reduce, reuse and recycle for water, materials, energy and more. It will come as text, slideshow and a series of fun video public service announcements prepared by the participating students.

Reducing our usage of plastics, which often end up discarded and are a major contributor to ocean pollution, is a great way to achieve zero waste and save money.
