Join Recycled Resources this Saturday for a wine tasting and some gambling as we host our annual fundraiser.
is a local nonprofit staffed entirely by volunteers who work to improve the lives of those who are homeless in our community. We rely solely on the support of our neighbors to carry out our mission and your support would enable us to continue outreaching to homeless folks in our neighborhood as well as to continue advocating for needed services in Northeast Los Angeles.
This Saturday is our "Turn Around Day Trip" to the quaint Danish replica city of Solvang for wine tasting and great food followed by some gambling fun at the Chumash Indian Casino in the Santa Ynez Valley.
Tickets are $50 and available for purchase via paypal on our website.

The bus will be leaving at 8 a.m. from the and arrive in Solvang at approximately 10:30 a.m. We will be staying in Solvang until 2:30 p.m., then our bus will be going to Chumash Indian Casino.
There are shuttles that run back and forth from the city of Solvang and Chumash
Indian Casino that leave every twenty minutes, so if you would like more
time gambling or wine tasting or shopping or eating you can take the
shuttle as you please.

Our bus will be leaving the Chumash Indian Casino at 6 p.m. and return to Highland Park at approximately 9 p.m.

We will be serving breakfast on the bus and will have coffee, mimosas and water prior to boarding. Once on the bus you will be offered additional treats, beer, wine, and soda. We also have several raffle prizes to be given out on the bus such as wine packages, gourmet chocolates, wine tastings in Solvang and local restaurant gift cards.
