With the revitalization of local business on York Boulevard in recent years, many Highland Park residents have been left to ask--what about North Figueroa and Monte Vista Streets?
During Tuesday evening's candidates forum at Benjamin Franklin High School, candidates Jesse Rosas, William Morrsion Rodriguez , José Gardea and Gil Cedillo were asked would they would do to improve Council District 1's business climate if elected.
