Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council Honored at City Hall

Councilmember Gil Cedillo presents HHPNC members a congratulatory certificate in the City Council

The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council was honored in the Los Angeles City Council Wednesday.

Councilmember Gil Cedillo presented the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council with a congratulatory certificate in the city council’s media room adjoining the council chambers.

According to the HHPNC’s Facebook page, the certificate was received by HHPNC President Monica Alcaraz, Director-At-Large Aracely G. Lozano, 2nd Vice President Aaron Salcido, First Vice President Hector Huezo, and Director-At-Large Gretchen Knudsen.

“We thank the City Council for this honor and all of the HHPNC Board for working together to better Highland Park,” a post on the HHPNC Facebook read. “We also would like to thank all of the stakeholders that participate/volunteer at our events, without your support this would not be possible.”
