The (ASNC) elections will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Candidate filings are open from August 14, 2012 through September 13, 2012. Vote by Mail applications are also open from August 14, 2012 through September 13, 2012.
As part of the Los Angeles City Neighborhood Council system, elections are being held citywide. For the ASNC, which is within Region 8, elections will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Eligible candidates are those who reside or own a business or property within the Arroyo Seco boundaries--the communities of Hermon, Montecito Heights, Monterey Hills, Mount Washington and Sycamore Grove--or have a vested interest in the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council on a factual basis.

The Candidate Filing Form can be submitted four different ways

ASNC Elections will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at a location to be determined.
Interested stakeholders who reside, own a business or property within the Arroyo Seco boundaries or have a vested interest in the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council on a factual basis can vote and register to vote in person on the date of elections. They can also register to vote by mail in advance.
Persons interested in voting by mail for the ASNC elections can also process a Vote By Mail Application here. Vote by mail registration is open from August 14, 2012 through September 13, 2012.
After Voter registration has been verified, Vote By Mail ballots will be mailed to the Registered Voter on approximately September 28, 2012.
