This will be Kayser's first visit to the HHPNC, and there are no shortage of discussion topics.

The HHPNC will hold their bi-weekly public meeting from 7-9 p.m. at the on Thursday, April 19.

Thursday's meeting agenda is light, meaning that Kayser will have ample time to discuss his year of representing LAUSD Board District 5.

According to the Los Angeles Times, district officials on Tuesday released details of a plan that would lower graduation requirements, and allow students to graduate with a D average.

The district is also facing a $543 million shortfall for the coming school year, which it is hoping to partially defray by encouraging voters to support a

Proposed redistricting maps for Board District 5 have drawn criticism from Kayser himself for seeming to be gerrymandered.

Locally, teachers are (LAICHS) over the possibility that the charter school might relocate onto their campus. California Proposition 39 requires school districts to offer district classroom space to charter schools.

In one of Thursday's few agenda items, the HHPNC is scheduled to vote on a letter supporting Franklin's effort to maintain classroom space that has been offerd to LAICHS.

Church members want peace and quiet in their own homes but the freedom to force religion on others.Read More And, they want the freedom to force noise into other people's homes. Anyone from Divine Saviour want some noise forced into their home like some banging metal pans?

Jesse is fine. He is campaining for Cedilllo. Neither have ran away. Both have appreciated myRead More help in campaining for Cedillo. His eyeliner must have faded away. All that matters is that he will do more than "no way, Jose" has done in 12 years with "do nothing, Ed Reyes." My problem is not with bells, it is with the noise (amplified sound) from Divine Saviour Catholic Church. You need to get your facts straight. Noise is a mental issue. Divine Saviour Catholic Church is the one with a mental issue. They are hypocrites that they want to force noise on others then they themselves want peace and quiet. Get the facts.
