Here's a way to make sure your voice is heard before the election.

Elections for the Historic Highland Park and Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Councils are now less than three weeks away. With a large field of candidates vying for seats on both council, Patch wants to help those seeking office an opportunity to distinguish themselves from the crowd.

Patch would like to extend an invitation all candidates to being using our blogging platform today.
