It took 91 Los Angeles firefighters 24 minutes to put out flames in the second floor of a Mount Washington house, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman said today.

The fire was reported at 11:26 p.m. on Saturday in the two-story home at 858 W. Ganymede Dr., according to  Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.

The fire was "confined to the second floor of the home," Humphrey said.

There were no injuries reported, he said.

Flames were showing when the first units arrived, with the second floor "well involved," Humphrey said.
