Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Los Angeles Police Department officers on Wednesday, July 27 at 1:35 a.m. arrested a woman at 100 S. Ave. 53 on charges of attempted murder. According to officers at LAPD's detective unit, the attempted murder is being handled as a domestic violence case and was still under investigation. According to LAPD, the victim was also a female. Officers would not disclose the type of weapon used in the in attack.

Police respond to the report of burglary that took place on 1100 Le Gray Ave. at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, July 29.
Thefts/Break Ins

On Wednesday, July 27 at 6 p.m. LAPD officers went to 6000 York Blvd. to respond to a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. On Friday, July 29 at 10:50 a.m., officers returned to the area to take the report of victim at 6300 also reporting a theft from a vehicle. In the latter incident was recorded as a grand theft, meaning more than $950 in cash or valuables was taken from the vehicle.
