Slow Down Highland Park

Please HLPers--slow down, encourage your neighbors, friends, and family to slow down. I just watched someone zoom by and hit a little dog crossing the street. I rushed to save him and took him to the Eagle Rock animal hospital. Sadly there was nothing they could do about it. It is sad enough it was a poor dog, but what if that had been a child? Slow down, get off of your phones, and obey stop signs and the speed limits. PLEASE!!
