Blog: 4-Mile Hill Challenge to Benefit Audubon Center at Debs Park

Aztlan Athletics organizing running event benefiting the Audubon Center in Debs Park on March 2.

On March 2, runners and walkers from across the Southland will take to the hills on a four mile course to benefit a unique nature center--the Audubon Center at Debs Park.  The challenging course will be on the trails of Debs Park’s 280-acre urban wilderness.

Runners and walkers will have amazing views of the Los Angeles basin, Downtown and San Gabriel Mountains.  The run will start and finish at Audubon’s state of the art nature center.

The 4-Mile Hill Challenge Run/Walk and Kids 1K Trail Run will also have a community health fair and other booths that link to community services. In addition, there will be free childcare (for children 4 and over) and access to the Audubon Center’s outdoor learning area for kids.
