Community Corner

Homeless Outreach & Engagement

We now have over 250 people that we have documented as chronically homeless in our neighborhoods. These folks live in Highland Park, El Sereno, South Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Cypress Park, and Glassell Park.

During our previous outreach events all of these folks accepted lunch and clothing from us, engaged with us, and most of them took bus tokens and community resource information in order to improve their current
situations. They were thankful we stopped to ask how they were. These outreaches are an excellent way for you to be involved in helping those homeless in our community, learn why they are homeless, and be a voice for those who may not be able to speak for themselves. We need homeless
services in this area of Los Angeles, North East Los Angeles, as there are zero homeless services available for people to access in order to improve their situations. Help us help others by getting to know the people here and educating others in your community about homelessness.

Our next outreach and engagement will take place on
Saturday March 10th at 10AM
We would love to have you join us.
If you are able to attend please RSVP to this email.

All information about us and what you can expect during our outreaches can be found on our website:
