Project Grantsmanship (5-day Workshop for Nonprofits)

Is your nonprofit organization seeking funding?

Project Grantsmanship is a 5-day workshop that focuses on grant proposals and program planning. It was designed to give participants the skills they need to secure funding for the services they provide — and to develop a solid foundation for future programming. This opportunity a worthwhile investment into the Los Angeles County communities who benefit from the improved services.

Project Grantsmanship was developed in 2007 as a partnership of the Annenberg Foundation, the California Community Foundation, and The Grantsmanship Center. It is now supported by a growing number of foundations, including the Dwight Stuart Youth Fund and The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation. Sharing the same curriculum as the Grantsmanship Training Program, Project Grantsmanship is generously underwritten by our partners so the tuition is significantly more affordable. The standard tuition for the Grantsmanship Training Program is $895. Through Project Grantsmanship, the cost to attend is only $200 or $300 per person (depending on the organization's budget).

To qualify, all applicants must be either board members or paid staff from 501c(3) nonprofit organizations based in Los Angeles County with budgets of $10 million or below.

The next training is October 14-18, 2013. This is the LAST one for the year, so apply soon!
