Bring your family and friends to the Annual Mt. Washington Association Summer Fun Day this Sunday, July 27. This year, MWA will honor its local mailman, John Ayala, for his 30 years of dedicated service to the community and the US Postal Service. At noon we will serve free hot dogs, chips, drinks and ice cream. This invitation is extended to Mt. Washington residents as well as our neighbors from the surrounding North East Los Angeles communities until we run out! Come early and help the Mt. Washington School Garden Committee beautify the school yard.
