deb3321 an artist studio involved with community activity has developed an artists community in Lincoln Heights. Exhibitions, lectures, and uninstructed figure drawing classes are ongoing and for 2013, whatever else presents itself.
Uninstructed figure drawing sessions are being conducted at deb3321 every Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Fee is $5/hour. You can stay as long or as little as you like.
Although timing of poses is by consensus, we begin with very quick poses, subsequently go to longer poses. The last hour is an hour pose. We have animators, illustrators, motion graphics artists, fine artists, contemporary artists attending,
We are also conducting crit/discussion following the drawing session beginning around 3:30 p.m. Bring in any work of any medium, representing any philosophical/esthetic position. This is a (so far) friendly group session and all comments are welcome.
We have an ongoing exhibition, HardEvidence by Alan Johnson open Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
We have a great spread of food, a peacock in the neighborhood somewhere and a dog named Cake who will visit.
