18th Annual Holiday Lamplight Celebration/ Dec. 1 & 2!

Witness as the past becomes the present among the beautiful glow of Victorian homes lit by the aura of lamplights at Heritage Square Museum’s 18th Annual Holiday Lamplight Celebration.

During this always popular event, hosted on Saturday and Sunday, December 1 and 2, 2012, guests will experience the spectacular Victorian retelling of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol.  Costumed ghosts and Scrooge will transport visitors from house to house where the past, present and future meet through a series of parties filled with music, dancing, singing and more from this classic novel.  Additionally, guest may listen to classic Christmas tales from a “special visitor,” enjoy a cup of warm apple cider and tasty treats at the end of their tour, and shop for unique holiday gifts in our Museum Store.

Evening tours begin at 4:00 p.m. and continue until 8:40 p.m., and they begin every 20 minutes.  Tours are approximately one hour in length.  Advanced reservations are required as space on the tours is limited.  Tickets are $20 per Adult and $10 for children 6 to 12 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable.
