The Greyhound Bar and Grill to Make Highland Park Debut
The neighborhood bar offers a comfortable atmosphere with a wide beer selection and no pretension.
Restaurateurs Matt Glassman, Ryan Julio and James Bygrave will debut their latest venture just in time for the weekend, Jan. 16. The neighborhood bar offers a comfortable atmosphere with affordable drinks including 20 hand-picked beers on tap and spirits ranging from $8 to $12.
Far from fancy, food offerings are typical of a bar with a greyhound edge. The Greyhound Burger mixes just enough salty and sweet on a potato bun, fish and chips and chicken wings with eclectic sauces including tandoori, honey sriracha and traditional buffalo.
The Greyhound is located at 5570 N. Figueroa St. It will be open from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Wednesday, 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and 4 p.m. to midnight on Sundays. For more information visit their website.
