Among the 10 food trucks that lined up at Tuesday's weekly mobile culinary event near the former Figueroa Produce store in Highland Park was Sam Choy's Pineapple Express, a Hawaiian-Asian cuisine enterprise that was making its debut appearance at the popular site.
