Historic Takano Bungalow Back on the Market Again

The Highland Park bungalow will rent for $2,100 per-month.

The historic Takano bungalow and winner of the Highland Park Heritage Trust 2009-2010 Community Award for 2009-2010 is on the rental market for the first time since World War II, according to Curbed L.A.

Per the Craigslist ad, the house features three bedrooms, one bath, formal dining room, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, newly refinished Douglas fir floors, original double-hung windows, a built-in china cabinet with leaded glass detail, built-in window seating, pocket doors, walk-in closets, upgraded plumbing, electrical, central AC/heat and air filtration systems, and a "large, fully fenced yard."
