The developers of the 9 single family development have so far been mum on the subject.

Highland Park residents will have the opportunity to learn more about Santa Clarita developer Williams Homes' plan to develop 9 single family homes on a 78,194 square foot lot on Burwood Drive near Optimist High School.

The developer will take part in a brief Q&A session with residents during Thursday's Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council meeting, to be held at 7 p.m. at the Highland Park Adult Senior Citizen Center.

The developers of a large housing development on Burwood Avenue will be present at the next Neighborhood Council meeting. All stakeholders of Highland Park are encouraged to come to the meeting to become informed on the project and how it may affect you and the community. There will be a brief period of time for an organized session of Q&A. This is not an official public hearing but an informal information session to inform the public, answer questions, and hear concerns, about the project, in an attempt to work with the developer to create the best possible outcome with the project as it relates to the well being and historic integrity of the neighborhood.

According to Zillow.com, the property sold in July of 2012 for $1.5 million.
