Yard Sale Treasures in Hermon

The Hermon Community is once again this year having a huge community-wide yard sale on Saturday, July 13 at the empty lot at 5710 Monterey Road (between Wheeling Way and Coleman Ave.).  There will be 20 long tables filled to overflowing with new-to-you treasures.

Money raised will be used to set up a community non-profit organization to be able to apply for grants. Grant funding would go for things important to the community such as emergency preparedness, education, and community beautification.

There are three ways people can participate. You can donate your clean, gently used items the morning of the sale between 7 – 9 A.M. Then from 8 – 11 A.M., purchase a pancake and sausage breakfast made to order on-site to fuel up for the big hunt.  Then from 9 A.M. – 3 P.M., shop, shop, shop.
