Subscribing to a produce box can help get you “out of your box.”  But then we find there’s no time to plan for recipes or figure out what to do with all that kale.  Tired of watching good intentions turn into rotting mysteries at the bottom of the fridge?  Keep that “green gold” from spoiling by signing up for Cooking “Out of the Box.”   This two hour class helps you maximize use of the contents of your box each week.  Step by step, from proper storage to easy serving, this class features typical items that come in your produce box each week and presents you with an exciting adventure into radical cuisine and better living.  With a maximum class size of 6, this class is hands-on creative fun followed by an optional lunch with your classmates. 

When:  Saturday, January 18th, 10-12 noon followed by optional lunch
