Ba Gets Green Light to Sell Food and Drink

According to a post on Chef James Graham's blog, the restaurant has received all the necessary licenses to begin selling food.

For months, Chef James Graham answered questions about the potential opening date of his rustic French cuisine restaurant Ba with a familiar refrain: "Ask the inspectors."

What Graham meant to say, of course, is that Ba would open its doors as soon as he was fully permitted to do so.

On Thursday, March 22, Graham published a post on his blog saying that the day had finally come.

From Graham's Blog:

We passed our final inspection. We have been given permission to sell food, beer, and wine. Our building has been approved by 11 city agencies in over twenty inspections. Our kitchen has been approved by the county health department, and state has given us our beer and wine license.
