Friends of the Southwest Museum Coalition Present Rare One-Man Show

Actor Troy Evans will put on a rare performance of "Montana Tales and other Badass Business" to benefit the Friends of the Southwest Museum Coalition this Saturday.

Actor Troy Evans will offer a rare performance of his one-man theatre event Montana Tales and other Badass Business in support of the reopening of the in Mount Washington, Saturday night.

The Friends of the Southwest Museum Coalition will be hosting the event at the Audubon Center at Debs Park starting at 6:30 p.m., Nicole Possert said.

“As a spokesperson for the Friends for Southwest Coalition I’m elated we have a professional actor stepping forward with the and the community at large to raise awareness for the city’s first museum and do something that’s entertaining and fund-raising at the same time,” Possert said.

Evans has been a longtime member of the Friends of the Southwest Museum Coalition and he offered this performance as a way to continue raising funds for the museum, Possert said.

The Southwest Museum of the American Indian is currently only open to the public for limited weekend hours. The Friends of the Southwest Museum Coalition is the leading local agency

Seating at the event is limited and the event is selling out fast. Possert advices people to reserve their seats now through www.FriendsOfTheSouthwestMuseum.com.  Tickets are two for $40 or $25 per single ticket. Each ticket comes with desert and coffee during the reception prior to the show.
